ST-300 / ST-700 / NS Silicone

This silicone-based aerosol spray prevents thread breakage, skipped stitches, and fabric snagging during sewing and embroidery. By coating threads, needles, fabrics, and embroidery hoops with silicone, it reduces friction and ensures smooth operation even with high-speed sewing machines. You can choose from three types: ST-300, ST-700, and NS Silicone, depending on your application and usage environment.

■ How to Choose a Type

＜ST-300 Standard Type＞

This is a versatile type widely compatible with general polyester and rayon threads. It improves thread slipperiness and facilitates smooth sewing and embroidery. It is also recommended for those introducing silicone spray for the first time.

＜ST-700 Wide-Spray Type＞

This is a high-performance type with excellent heat resistance and lubricity. It maintains its effectiveness even during long hours of operation and high-speed embroidery. It is especially recommended when using difficult materials such as metallic threads, thick threads, and special threads.

＜NS Silicone Stain-Resistant Type＞

This type is for workplaces that prioritize the working environment and finish. It refines and sprays only the active ingredients of silicone, preventing problems such as stains, dirt, and stickiness while demonstrating excellent glide, smoothness, and release effects. It can be used safely even with fine threads and delicate fabrics.

■ How to Use

① Shake well before use.

② Spray uniformly from a distance of 20-30 cm from the surface of the needle, embroidery hoop, and fabric.

③ After spraying, wait a moment for the silicone to spread uniformly before starting work.

④ Spray as needed depending on the frequency of use.

■ Precautions for Use

Using too much may cause the fabric to become too slippery, making work difficult. Please use an appropriate amount. When handling delicate fabrics, test on an inconspicuous area beforehand. Avoid use and storage near open flames. Use in a well-ventilated area. Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures/humidity. Keep out of reach of children. If it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with water and consult a doctor.
