【海外発送について / International Shipping Notice】

1. 配送方法 / Shipping Method

海外発送はEMSまたはヤマト国際宅急便でお届けいたします。
送料無料サービスをご利用の場合でも、配送業者は当店にて指定いたします。
配送日数は国・地域により異なります。

International shipments are sent via EMS or Yamato International Parcel Service.
Even if free shipping is applied, the shipping carrier will be selected by our store.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

2. 関税・輸入税 / Customs Duties & Import Taxes

海外発送において発生する関税・輸入税・通関手数料等は、お客様のご負担となります。
税額や課税基準は国ごとの規定により異なります。
当店では関税額の事前案内や立替払いは行っておりません。

Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Tax amounts and regulations vary by country.
We do not estimate or prepay customs charges on behalf of customers.

3. 色味について / About Color

WEB上の色見本は、実際の色と多少異なる場合があります。
同一色番でも生産ロットにより若干の色差が生じる場合があります。

Colors on our online color charts may differ slightly from the actual product.
Even with the same color number, slight variations may occur due to differences between production lots.

4. 在庫について / Stock Availability

店舗とオンラインショップで在庫を共有しておりますため、ご注文完了後に欠品となる場合があります。
欠品が発生した場合は、速やかにご連絡のうえ対応いたします。

Our online store shares inventory with our physical retail store.
Therefore, an item may become out of stock after your order has been placed.
If this occurs, we will contact you promptly regarding the next steps.

5. 返品・交換について / Returns & Exchanges

商品の特性上、お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。
弊社都合(誤配送・不良品)の場合のみ、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。
明らかに異なる色の糸や不良品が届いた場合のみ、交換または全額返金で対応いたします。
海外からの返品・交換にかかる送料・関税・輸入税は、お客様のご負担となる場合があります。
海外からの返送には時間がかかる場合があります。

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons.
Returns or exchanges for our error (wrong shipment or defective items) are accepted only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Only in cases of clearly incorrect or defective items, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
For international returns or exchanges, any shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes may be the responsibility of the customer.
Returning items from overseas may take additional time for shipping and customs clearance.
